    Winshine Electric, established in 2009 in Dongguan, China, specializes in the design and manufacturing of magnetic transformers and low-voltage power systems for outdoor and industrial applications. Beginning as a distributor of electronic components and Electronic transformer bobbin factory, we transitioned into manufacturing to secure control over quality, performance consistency, and supply chain reliability. This foundation has evolved into a vertically integrated power engineering operation serving global OEM/ODM customers.

    Since 2019, Winshine has focused on magnetic dimmable transformers and low-voltage power solutions for landscape lighting, marine lighting, architectural lighting, and industrial sectors where environmental reliability and system compatibility are critical. Our products are deployed across North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia through lighting distributors, OEM brands, and industrial system integrators.

Insulation & Compliance Engineering

    Winshine utilizes an engineered insulation system compatible with UL/ETL dielectric and thermal requirements for magnetic components used in outdoor and industrial environments. ETL Listed to UL8750 and UL5085, the system supports:

• Class B / F / H thermal grades

• Hi-pot and dielectric withstand requirements

• Tape, varnish, and hybrid insulation constructions

• Outdoor and high-duty-cycle applications

System certification can be activated for OEM volume projects.
